03 Anchorage – Dog Sledding Tour with an Iditarod Musher
Travel 1 hour north of Anchorage to Willow. The highway travels long the beautiful Cook Inlet to Wasilla where you can visit the Iditarod Museum. Willow is the home of Vern and Susan Halter, veterans of both the Iditarod and Yukon Quest sled dog races and is an absolute winter paradise. You’ll learn all about the sport of dog sledding.
