Travel Itinerary:

Day 01 - Anchorage
Anchorage We’ll pick you up at the airport and transfer you to your Anchorage hotel. For your enjoyment, there are a host of optional Anchorage activities that spotlight nearby “must-see” attractions like Portage Glacier.

Day 02 - Anchorage - Denali
Denali Journey between the mountains of the spectacular Alaska and Talkeetna ranges on an incomparable sightseeing experience aboard our luxury McKinley Explorer domed rail-cars. Take in the wide-open scenery as you travel through the Matanuska Valley, a farming region known for mammoth vegetables, past colorful towns like Wasilla, billed as the “Home of the Iditarod”, along scenic rivers like the Susitna, which means “Mother River”. By afternoon you’ll arrive in Denali National Park. Here, you can choose from a wide range of optional activities like river rafting, helicopter flightseeing, or horseback riding.

Day 03 - Denali - Fairbanks
Take time this morning to choose from one of many complimentary park-sponsored activities and optional Denali tours including guided hikes plus white-water rafting, fixed-wing flightseeing and horseback riding. Later, re-board our McKinley Explorer domed rail-cars and return to Alaska’s largest city, Anchorage, retracing your journey along the scenic Parks Highway. Your tour ends with a transfer to a downtown hotel. End.
