Motorhome Rentals Terms and Conditions

Note: deposit and cancellation terms are different for motorhome rentals than other Yukon Adventure Company products.

MOTORHOME DISCOUNTS

Discounts of $40.00 per day, plus 100 miles free per day from August 16 through June 14. An  8% MOA tax applies for all rates. An additional 3% state tax on all rental vehicles applies.

TAX CHARGE

An 8% tax will be charged on all rental vehicles.  Tax will not exceed $240.00. An additional 3% state tax on all rental vehicles applies.

MILEAGE CHARGE

$.15 per mile except with the Unlimited Mileage option.

HOUSEKEEPING PACKAGE

For $15.00 per person for your entire rental period we provide: dishes, glasses, pitcher, kitchen towel, dish cloth, first aid kit, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, toilet chemical, matches and hangers.

INSURANCE included at NO CHARGE

  • $50,000 per person bodily injury liability
  • $100,000 total bodily injury liability
  • $25,000 property damage liability

Collision and comprehensive insurance with a $1000.00 deductible is included. Collision insurance covers "highway" traffic type accidents with other vehicles or objects. "Off highway" accidents can be easily prevented by (1) driving slowly and (2) having someone outside the vehicle to guide the driver in "tight" conditions. Collision insurance doesn't cover tires or "off highway" type accidents including but not limited to those occurring while parking or backing, or accidents involving overhead objects, undercarriage, or interior damage. It is the driver's responsibility to operate the vehicle in a safe manner and exercise all caution.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER

A $200.00 deductible Collision and Comprehensive Damage Waiver is available for $15.00 per day. The waiver covers "highway" traffic type accidents but not parking, backing and overhead or undercarriage clearance accidents as described above. Windshield damage is covered with a $0 deductible.

DEPOSIT

Each Motorhome will now have a $500.00 USD reservation / damage deposit: $250.00 to confirm your reservation and $250.00 upon pick up of the vehicle. After the Motorhome is returned in a clean, undamaged condition, actual charges will be computed, adjustments made and your deposit returned after 7 business days.

Non-US Residents
Require a $750.00 total deposit: $250.00 due at reservation and $500.00 damage deposit. After the Motorhome is returned in a clean, undamaged condition, actual charges will be computed, adjustments made and your deposit returned after 30 days.

PAYMENT

The total rental fee, plus an estimated mileage charge is collected when you pick up the unit. After the motorhome is returned to us in a clean, undamaged condition, actual charges will be computed, adjustments made and your deposit returned.

DATE CHANGES

Changes on existing reservations may be made 30 days prior to the rental pick up, with no additional charge. If the date change is made less than 30 days in advance, a $50 fee will be applied to your total balance due. If a change is made only 1 day prior to the rental pick up, a $100 fee will be applied to your total balance due.

Half of your reservation deposit will be refunded when cancellations are made in writing more than 30 days in advance. The deposit is forfeited if a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the reservation dates.
